Be “You” to be “Well”

At the end of Pride Month the one thing that I felt we need to focus and celebrate on is “I” factor – the most important aspect of our lives. It is time to look beyond the obvious, beyond our name, gender, colour, language and so many other things that we battle in our minds to conform to. Sometimes we need a deeper sense of identity or be ready to accommodate a more complex understanding of the situation in which we find ourselves in. Whatever the case, the question of who we are is a seed that can bear much fruit. Understanding who you are and what makes you tick.
